WEEK 3 (7th - 11th Nov)

The third week was completely about moving with our daily routine like, taking classes and engaging the substitution periods. It was more sort of a busy week.

I dealt with the chapters The Jungle Air Crash and The Village Blacksmith in both the classes. The specialty of the week is that pupils started to get adjusted to my class as well as my way of teaching they begin to accept and like me. I tried to put my sincere efforts to make them understand the concepts and the chapter very well.

On Day 14 (10.11.2022), VIII E had a conscientization programme, on the topic "Menstruation and Menstrual Hygiene" and it was a highly informative session of all the children as well as teachers. The resource person had taken all her best ways to depict the various aspects of the topic and make them understand it with the help of videos and demonstrations.

The most challenging part of this week was the substitution period that too for younger classes. The children do shower our mind with happiness but also trigger us with their noises. But I really enjoyed being with them listening to their little complaints and creativity.

COLLEGE UNION AND ART'S CLUB INAUGURATION

         The College Union and Art's Club Inauguration of our batch 2021-23 was conducted on 17th June 2022. The college union is name "Tathva" and the art's club is named "Rang De". The programme was organized by the novel union members and the student teachers of the batch. College Union Inauguration was done by Dr. Raju Narayana Swami IAS, Principal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of Kerala. And the Arts Club Rang De was Inaugurated by Sri. Achu Suganth, famous serial artist.        After the formal function, vibrant cultural programmes were arranged by the student teachers of batches 2020-22 and 2021-23. WEEK 11 (23rd- 27th Jan)

  This week was the most crucial week. During this week I had completed the portions of both the classes and gave them notes too. Devika Ma'am came for our observation during the same week. Afterwards I had conducted the diagnostic test and achievement test accordingly in my 8 E class. Then I had conducted Innovativd Work on Phrasal Verbs in the class. As the part of m Innovative Work,  I gave them notes regarding the ten Phrasal Verbs and their meanings. Then on the next day I split the entire class into five groups. And they were pictures which were associated with the meanings of Phrasal Verbs. At first I made them identify the Phrasal Verb with the picture and later they were asked to construct sentences with the phrasal verbs.
