     Our Phase 1 Teaching Practice began on 25th October 2022 and the school allotted to me was Abraham Memorial Higher Secondary School, Thirumala . We a group of five student teachers; Shilpa Krishnan.B, Parvathi.S, Arathy. R P, Archana Mohan and Joshy J Polackan , joined the school on the same date and we were completely new to the school and its environment.    The first day was just about introducing us, we mingle with the students and knowing them. The classes given to me were VIII E (girls) and IX D (boys) and my in-charge teacher is Ms. Ambili Vinod . She is indeed a supportive person as well the owner of a kind heart, she cheered me up and gave all regards for my new classrooms.    From the second day onwards, we had begun to teach the students with their respective chapters.      As part of our B.Ed curriculum we the students at Christ Nagar College of Education had started our journey of phase 1 teaching practice on October 25th, 2022. The students of our class were divided into different groups and was send to different schools in Thiruvananthapuram. The schools include St Mary's Higher Secondary School, Pattom, Abraham Memorial Higher Secondary School, Thirumala, Victory Girl's Higher Secondary School, Nemom, St Mary's School, Vizhinjam, Mannam Memorial Higher Secondary School, Neeramankara, Government Higher Secondary School,  Kamaleswaram, Karthika Thirunnal Government Vocational and Higher Secondary School, Manacaud and Government High School,  Vazhamuttom.       The first phase teaching practice may be a bit challenging since it is the first time that we are going to be at school as teachers for so long. we will be assigned classes to teach, will need to prepare teaching aids, have to learn ...
